"Providing the highest level of service and communications at all times"

Just another telecoms company in Wiltshire? From the outside we certainly may appear that way, but get to know us and you're going to find a much clearer, easier and almost certainly cheaper way to operate your business telecommunications.

However, don't for a moment think cheaper will mean less. It won't. We only use the BT network to provide lines, calls & broadband - so the quality of the product remains, but the standard of service will improve and your costs reduce. A true win-win.

Wherever your business is located across Swindon, Bath, Devizes, Chippenham or Malmesbury and other surrounding areas, all you need to do to find out more is give us a call or complete the contact form here. One of the team will contact you to arrange a no-obligation site visit with you. It'll take just a few minutes of your time and you really could soon be saving a significant amount of money each and every month.

The Fluid brand has a glowing reputation in the telecoms industry and has been providing services to clients across the UK since 2003.

A barrier to moving to a hosted platform is the perception that you will lose the interconnectivity business users have when using a PBX. In the case of Iris, this is the not the case at all. Indeed, all the core features you would expect on a PBX system such as call transfer, group pick up, message on hold, voice mail and hunt groups are available as standard, and are much more flexible than a traditional PBX system.

Hosted Telephony- It’s the future...
But be careful, they're not all the same!

With the announcement by BT CEO Gavin Patterson in 2015 of the end of ISDN service by 2025, all businesses will have to start planning to migrate to some sort of cloud based telephony service.

The first step in this process is to simply replace existing ISDN telephone lines with the cryptically named SIP trunks. These are virtual telephone lines running on your internet broadband. The other key protocol used in moving to internet based telephone systems is the Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP). Essentially, this is telephone over the internet and has come to be the acronym of choice for any internet based telephony solution.

  • Peter Masters

"Most recently we have started to network our organisations together bringing real value and innovation to the supply chain and from large call centre organisations to small surgeries within the group, Fluid's approach has been first class in delivering a high quality and competitive service to our members."
  • "Our phone system will never need updating again as it is 'virtual' and was significantly cheaper to install than an onsite hardware auto attendant set up. The phones work over the dedicated BT voice over data network and can be used wherever we can access the internet which is great for business continuity. The partner's mobiles are also to be included in the telephone network as extension numbers. Any phone call to any other phone on the Caracalls system 'are' free such as for instance any calls we make with Shropdoc. The Caracalls system also enables us to use the Shropdoc call handlers to take appointment related calls for us within agreed hours which reduces our reception burden and improves patient experience."

"I was recently approached by Rob Tolley from Fluid Network Solutions who wished to provide an alternative quote for our telecom services. Unfortunately we were unable to consider a move as our contract renewal date had passed, however Rob was kind enough to review our telecom bills and helped us identify an area where we had been overcharged and enabled us to claim reimbursement from our current supplier.

I would recommend anyone contact Fluid Network Solutions as an option for an alternative network provider as I was impressed with their helpfulness and integrity."
  • "Fluid Network Solutions provide us with a professional, straight forward and no-nonsense service. Set up was effortless and the savings are constant. How many other providers volunteer discounts? The frustrations of talking to BT are a thing of the past, and our world is a lighter place for it!!"
